I hear Michael Barnes has been released by Man Utd. He has apparently just had an unsuccessful trial with Bristol City.

I remember that- it came to mind when I saw him have a decent game for United in the League Cup on Granada Soccer Night,

Watched him for Bristol v FGR the other week and really had a good game,stood out from the rest and not just because he's ginger.Surprised he wasnt kept on.
