Barrow FC released Ryan Elderton at the end of last week, which caused some surprise to the player who said:- “It was out of the blue. A lot of the lads were stunned as well, I’ve made a lot of good mates at Barrow. I’m still trying to work it out, I thought things had been going all right."

he would be marshys number 2 !

is he good enough to come back to the axe, apart form being a reserve player used for cover when we have injuries?

He would struggle to make our bench to be honest.

Ryan is a legendary Dolly Blue It would be great to have him back :D

To be fair I'm sure you people who are able to watch the matches know better than me but judging by the goals against column some improvement is needed.

i suppose we do need improvement at the back but id say a centre back we need marshy been solid this season

Where else was he gonna go? :lol: Suppose it gives us more options on the left. Marshy and Dodge are starters easily.

Was at todays game and could add something to either defence or midfield. Also was playing at three leagues higher so must improve us.

Straight in at left back! Spoke to Ryan ,he said he has a couple of irons in the fire,but nothing concrete.Marshie needs a rocket on his showings so far,replacing him with Elderton might wake him up a bit.
