League 1 is gonna be a hard league next year what with all the money floating around at a few clubs. How can Leeds spend sooooo much yet be in finacial difficulty?????

dollystork- 05-25-2008

2 outta 2 now for me. Now for Rochdale for my hat trick!

themaclad- 05-26-2008

Donny would have been out of sight by half time but for the excellence of the Leeds keeper. Deserved win though. Agree with you Sarah, Rochdale to go up due to the fact that they have not been promoted in 40 years.

2 outta 2 now for me. Now for Rochdale for my hat trick! Poo. Oh well. 2 outta 3 ain't bad, as someone once said............

So Leeds fail to break in to the top six .... in Yorkshire Middlesboro, Hull City, Barnsley, Sheff Weds, Sheff United, Donny Rovers Glad to see Yorkshire's no 7 club stay where they are!

Conmac End- 05-29-2008

At the same time as barrow was in Lancashire

I thought Hull was Humberside not Yorkshire. Glad West Road Ender rates Leeds better than Huddersfield who are in the same division. West Road Ender will be disapointed next season when Leeds are runaway Champions

West Road Ender- 05-30-2008

Weren't they supposed to do that in the Championship after losing the playoff .. but they were relegated! On league positions Leeds finished higher! Interestingly the Terriers have already sold 15,000 season tickets for next season, using a similar low cost scheme to Bradford last year who had the highest average gate in Div 2 (Level 4!) with 13,000. If Hull is in Humberside then Lancashire's cricket tema never play at home .. always in Greater Manchester or Merseyside!

themaclad- 05-30-2008

You are wrong on that point West Road Ender, Lancs play a game every year at Blackpool, which is in the Red Rose county
