just like to say thanks to your supporters today, working on the gate on a day like this can be hard but the comments from the away fans were great, one being its nice not to be ripped off by home prices (£13 at northwich)wish we could get crowds like this most weeks ,you are a credit to non league football and i wish you all the best for the rest of the season,(but not on wed) _________________ TRAMPS LIKE US |

| I quite enjoyed today, brought a Shayman who in turn brought a Southport and a Notts County fan...must say it was the most boring 3-3 draw I have ever seen though... bring on Wednesday. |

Most people around me agreed that the second half was good cup-tie football. I certainly enjoyed all the second half, even Roca's goal which was a belter. |

The last 15-20 minutes was really good i'll concede that, but overall it just didnt feel like a "six goal thriller" like Stalybridge did the other week... |

| Like Billy, I just want to add my thanks to the FC United fans who made the trip to Giant Axe on Saturday. I made the journey down from the frozen north (Carlisle to the uninitiated!) to help out on a turnstyle. The comments we got were all positive, the atmosphere in the ground and in the Dolly Blue Tavern was great, and the match was a credit to the Unibond League (yes, Delly, I do know it was an FA match.....). I can't make Wednesday night's replay. I hope it's as good a game as Saturday's, and that City can pull off a win against the odds!! |

Well if we don't gift them two goals and we take the 'Chasetown attitude' to Gigg Lane we'll have a great chance, they didn't look the best defence we've come across but we will have to defend better.
I'd also like to put in a word for their fans, had some good banter in the John O'gaunt pre match, all positive.
Good luck Wednesday lads, I'll be going despite past experiences, that's assuming they'll let us in [/code] |

| I shall be there hoping for a repeat of the Chasetown replay display. I agree we will need to defend better and find a way to stop Roca, who was a class act and rather gave Marshy the runaround on Saturday. However, our attack is pretty awesome at the moment and that should give us a good chance. |

From the rear gate,I concur with the thoughts on here about FCUM's fans.. like Billy I wish we could get half their number to our games, though the ones we do have are the best!
As I am at work 6am-6pm I dont think I am going to be able to make the replay |
